During my session, the message I received was, “Don’t be afraid and follow your heart”. What I got out of this experience was a sense of knowing everything will be alright and that I am bigger than what you see. The energy in me expands far greater than I imagined. What was most important to me was the chance to see my Grandpa again which means more to me than anything. I'm so grateful for the experience.
